2 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. vegetable oil
5 T. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Frosting:
1 stick butter
4 T milk
1 T vanilla
5 T. cocoa
1 lb. box powered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a 2 quart saucepan, mix together water, butter, oil and cocoa. Boil for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over the flour and sugar mixture. Then add buttermilk, eggs, soda and salt. Mix well and pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º oven until done.

For the frosting:
Bring butter, milk, vanilla and cocoa to a boil. Take off heat and add powdered sugar. Use milk to thin if icing seems too thick. Pour icing evenly over the hot cake right out of the oven.
