1 lb. crawfish tails, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can cream corn
1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning
3-4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. choppped green onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper

Mix well. Pour into a 9X12" greased pan. Bake at 350ºF until done, appoximately 45 minutes. Check with toothpick in middle of cornbread.
