2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1 egg; beaten
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cup light raisins (optional)
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen chopped cranberries

Bake at 350º
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & baking soda into large bowl. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Add egg, orange peel & O.J. all at once. Stir just until moist. Fold in raisins & cranberries. Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour, 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
