TRIANGLE COOKIES

1 c. butter or marg.
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, separated
½ - 1 c. chopped walnuts

.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & sugar. Add egg yolk. Add flour and cinnamon. ( I also added some vanilla.) Spread dough on jelly roll pan (15 x 10”). Beat egg white and brush over top. Bake at 275 degrees about 1 hour (perhaps a bit less). Sprinkle nuts over top. Cut while warm into triangles.
