1 chopped hardboiled egg
1/2 c. raisins
2-3 c. yogurt (I'd use plain Fat Free)
6 ice cubes
1 chopped cucumber
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. cold water
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh or dry dill weed
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak raisins 5 minutes in the cold water. Put yogurt in a bowl and add the egg, ice cubes, cucumber, onion, salt & pepper.
Drain the raisins and drained water to the yogurt mixture. Add the raisins.
Add 1 more cup cold water.
Let mixture stand in refgerator 2-3 hours or overnight.
Serve cold in small portions
