Ingredients:
2 T. seeds (alfalfa, mung bean)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak 2 T. seeds in a quart jar with enough water to cover for 10-12 hours. I usually place it in the refrigerator or on the counter overnight, depending on the weather or heat of the house. After soaking the seeds for 10-12 hours, drain.
Then rinse the sprouts 3-4 times a day for 3-4 days, or until the sprouts are how you like them.
Cover the opening of the jar with several layers of cheese cloth, or with a piece of clean nylons. lol. Hold in place with a rubber band. I just rinse right through the top never having to take it off.
Keep them away from bright light until the very end when, if you desire, you can "green them up" by placing them where natural light can get to them. It is my understanding that the chlorophyll content becomes higher and is therefore better for you. Happy sprouting.
