1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach - thawed or drained
or
1/2 pkg. (284/10oz) fresh spinach Finely chopped

1 c mayo
2 c sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix or onion soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

1 large round sour dough bread loaf

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Stir well. Carefully scoop out large hollow through the top of bread. Fill with dip mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut bread from the center into cubes to serve with the dip.

TIP: For quick defrost, microwave frozen spinach for 8 - 10 minutes on defrost cycle or medium low. Turn over half way through defrosting time.
