2 c sugar
3 c flour
2 t baking soda
2 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 1/3 c salad oil
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
4 c peeled chopped apples
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together; then stir in salad oil, eggs, vanilla. For that rugged, chunky taste mix in 4 c peeled, chopped apples and the raisins.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan greased and floured at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
