6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Sausage, pre-cooked or bacon

Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together. Layer bottom of pan 9 x 13 with bread (not closely). Mix and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
