1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter and lard (Kathy uses Crisco)
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, add peanut butter. Add eggs one at a time. Stir together flour and baking soda. Add gradually to butter mixture.

Roll into balls. Roll in granulated sugar and press down with a fork.

Bake at 350º until firm and not too brown. I always use parchment paper.
