2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peel & slice
4 oz. diced ham or pancetta
1 1/2 lb. frozen petite peas
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. saucepan, gently cook olive oil, garlic & ham or bacon 2 to 3 minutes, being careful to not brown the garlic.
Add the frozen peas, water, salt & pepper.
Cook covered for about 15 minutes.
Adjust salt & pepper to taste and stir in parsley.
