2 cups Whole Almonds
1 Cup Sugar
½ to ¼ cup Water

Optional: You may add cinnamon, ginger or cocoa to the above ingredients if you like.

Directions:
Directions:
Place almonds, sugar and water into a deep pot. Set on max heat and stir with a large wooden spoon until the sugar bubbles and dissolves. Continue stirring until sugar becomes white and sugar like again, place almonds on wooden cutting board and separate with wooden spoon. Let cool. For best results store in glass jars, ziplock bags or tupperware containers.

Enjoy, these almonds are always a HIT, and so easy to make !!!!!!!!
