6 oz Long grain & wild rice, package
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
2 oz diced pimiento, drained
1/2 cup Raspberry vinegarette
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions; cool.
Combine rice, cranberries & next 4 ingredients.
Add dressing & stir gently.
Cover & chill at least 2 hours.
Stir in peanuts just before serving.
