1 4oz. package (not instant) chocolate pudding
1 devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pudding as directed on package.
Blend in dry cake mix.
Sprinkle top with chips and nuts.
Pour into greased & floured 13x9x2 pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350º.
Serve warm or cold.
