2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 teas. Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 teas salt
1/2teas. cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter softened
2 eggs
1 -1 oz bottle red food coloring
1/2 teas lemon juice

Directions:

In a medium bowl combine flour, 1/4 c cocoa,baking soda, salt, and cinnamon..set aside
In a large bowl with electric mixer beat butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar until smooth. Add eggs, red food coloring, vanilla, lemon juice and beat until just combined.
Using tablespoon scoop putting on cookie sheet 2 in. apart (ungreased)Bake at 350 10-12 min until edges are set but cookies will be slightly soft still
cool Frost with 4 oz cream cheese,1/4 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla...beat that well add 2-3 cups powdered sugar
