1/4 c olive oil
4 large garlic cloves
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

French bread, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes; cook and stir for 1 minute. Raise the heat to high; add the shrimp, lemon juice, and paprika. Stir well. Continue cooking and stirring until the shrimp turn pink and curl slightly, about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot with thin slices of crusty French bread.
