1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix together and press into 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool.

1 8 oz cream cheese
1 small cool whip
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Mix together and spread over cooled crust.

2 small instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk together and let stand for 10 minutes.

Spread over above layer.

Top with cool whip.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate bar.
