1 peck cucumbers
2 dozen large onions
1/4 c. salt.
Slice and let stand 3 hours. Drain

2 c. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
4 Tbsp. flour to thicken
1/2 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
