1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 T. cocoa
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
2 c. zucchini, shredded
Topping:
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 to 3/4 c. black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Beat well with mixer. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in shredded zucchini. Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 325º for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the top.
