1 pound of mild or hot breakfast sausage
6 eggs
6-8 slices of white bread (cubed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a cheese blend
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook sausage and set aside to cool. Slice the bread into cubes, mix all other ingredients and add bread by the handful. Add sausage and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

For convenience my grandmother makes it up the night before and leaves it in the fridge before baking it but I didn't find any difference in taste either way.
