Round steak and pound until 1/4" thin

pepper
italian bread crumbs
garlic, fresh, minced
parsley, fresh, chopped
italian grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pound meat till 1/4" thick. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley. Then sprinkle with with bread crumbs and italian cheese. Roll up and secure with string. Brown on all sides in olive oil then continue to cook in your favorite sauce until tender, on simmer about 1 1/2 hours. To serve, untie and slice into pieces on platter with your favorite pasta.

If roll is too long, can be cut smaller after tied, to fit in pot of sauce.
You can also omit bread crumbs if you desire.
