1 1/2 # stewing veal
2 sm. cans stewed tomatoes
4 - 5 green peppers
1 clove garlic
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
dash of oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up veal into cubes and brown in olive oil. Put into crock pot or large pan. Best result is with crock pot. Add mushrooms, onions,tomatoes, oregano and cut up peppers. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Cook 4 - 5 hours on low in crock pot or on stove on medium heat until tender.
