6 - 7# pork loin roast
salt
pepper
garlic powder
rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast onto rack in roasting pan fat side up. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary. Bake uncovered.
Bake at 325 degrees, 25 minutes per pound until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Add small amount of water to pan and stir with spatula to make au jus.
