1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk (Whole)
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 can Sliced Peaches (16 oz)
1/2 stick Butter,melted
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix together in a bowl the sugar, milk and self-rising flour
Pour into a casserole baking dish
Drain 1/4 of peach juice and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spoon peach mixture over the flour mixture.
Pour melted butter over the top.
Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top

Quick and delicious. You can also substitute the peaches with your favorite fruit, apples, blackberries etc. Serve with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm Mmmm Good!
