one loaf of french or sour dough bread
8 oz. cream cheese softened
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel off crust ( don't) and pinch into bite size pieces. Place in large baking dish (9 x 13) prepared with non stick spray. Melt cream cheese in microwave to pudding consistency and pour over bread pieces. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over bread/cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and store in refrigerator overnight. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes. Pour additional maple syrup on top when served.
