One side of salmon
˝ c. soy sauce
˝ c. real maple syrup
1 tbsp. grated ginger
splash hot sauce
splash sesame oil
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large Ziploc© bag or shallow dish for 8 hours or overnight. Grill or broil salmon for 15 minutes. Mix half of the amounts above fresh and boil to serve as a sauce over the cooked salmon – garnish with sesame seeds.
