1 c. margarine or butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg, separated
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg yolk. Add flour & cinnamon. Spread dough in jelly roll pan (15 x 10"). Beat egg white and brush over top. Sprinkle nuts over the top. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour.
IMPORTANT: cut into triangles while warm.
