10 - 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. Owens HOT sausage
3½ c. Bisquick

Directions:
Mix above ingredients. Roll into small balls; bake on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.

John makes these for Sunday school breakfast a lot. He has discovered the dough hook on our mixer makes the work go faster and easier than mixing it all by hand.
