Ingredients:
TOPPING:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange liqueur
1 stick butter
1/4 c. water

CAKE:
1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
2 T. grated orange peel
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. package chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
TOPPING: Combine these ingredients in heavy sauce pan. Stir over low heat until butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Increase heat and boil 2 minutes. Cool completely. Stir occasionally while cake is baking.

CAKE: Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Using electric mixer, combine cake mix and next 8 ingredients until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 1 hour. Immediately spoon sugar and butter topping mixture over cake. I poke holes in top (bottom) of cake with a long baking fork and gently ease sides away to help the mixture to soak into the cake, down the side and in the center. Let cake stand for 30 minutes, then turn cake to cooling rack or plate and cool completely. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Serves 10. It is so rich, I cut smaller pieces and I think it can serve more people than that! Serve with whip cream.
