For the sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth (add more if you want a thinner sauce, less for thicker)
1 & 1/2 cups cooked chicken chunks
salt and pepper to taste (I also use garlic powder and dehydrated onions.)

Toppings:
Pineapple
Mandarin Oranges
Tomatoes
grated cheese
Chow Mien Noodles
diced green peppers
diced green onions
olives

Brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce:
Mix sauce ingredients together until warm on stove.

Start brown rice and begin preparing all the toppings while waiting for the rice and sauce to cook.

Serve: put rice on plate and put desired toppings on top and cover with chicken sauce.
