2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. of warm water
2 c. hot water
3 T. sugar
1 T. salt
3 c. flour
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 c. (additional) flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and 1/4 c. warm (110º) water in small bowl, set aside. In large bowl, stir salt and sugar in 2 cups hot water until dissolved. Add first three cups of flour and mix with large spoon. Add oil and yeast mixture. Add last 3 cups of flour and combine with large spoon. Cover with towel let rise for about 45 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a loaf and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover with towel, set aside to rise for another 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 23 minutes.
