Pan Seared Tuna:

2 - 4 tuna steaks
fresh cracked coarse pepper, 1 tsp. per filet
1 - 2 tsp. canola/olive oil blend


Dipping Sauce:

Soy sauce, naturally brewed
Wasabi paste

Directions:
Heat a medium saute pan up on medium high until very hot. Season the tuna on both sides with fresh cracked pepper. When the pan is ready, put the oil in and heat briefly followed by tuna. Be careful not to splash oil on your hand by laying the fish down gently away from you. Sear the tuna for 2 - 4 minutes on each side depending on how thick it is. Cook the fish until it is 110 for rare, 120 for medium, or 135 for medium well.

Dipping Sauce:

Mix a small amount of wasabi in the soy sauce. About a pea size amount of wasabi paste in 1/4 cup of soy sauce makes a medium spicy sauce. You can make it as hot as you want!
