Spaghetti sauce
Garlic bread (a must)

Directions:
Directions:
With cleaned, dried chicken breasts, dip each one in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. Place in glass baking dish side by side. Salt and pepper to taste. I always put a pat of butter on top of each piece of chicken.

Bake @ 375º for 45 minutes. Take out and put shredded mozzarella cheese on top, cover with foil for 5 minutes. Cheese will melt.

My mom always made her own homemade spaghetti sauce, but I just use Ragu or Prego sauce. While chicken is baking, I cook spaghetti and sauce.

Serve with garlic bread and salad. Yummy!
