2 eggs
1 T. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. cream

Directions:
Beat eggs till light. Add sugar and cream. Add flour to make a dough that can be rolled, cut into a diamond shape. Make 2 slits. Fry in deep fat. Drain on paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
