Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. of round steak 1” thick, cut into cubes
2 tbs. of butter
1 ½ cups of beef bullion
2 tbs. ketchup
1 whole garlic bulb, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbs. flour
1-cup sour cream
2-4 cups hot cooked noodles, buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir round steak in butter in 10” skillet until brown. Reserve 1/3 cup of beef bullion, stir remaining bullion, garlic, salt, and ketchup in skillet. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer and cover and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is fork tender. Stir in mushrooms and onions. Simmer for another 5-8 minutes until the onions are tender. Put reserve bullion and flour into blender and blend until smooth. Stirring constantly, add to beef mixture and remove from heat and let rest, covered for about 5-8 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve immediately over hot buttered noodles. Hint: be careful not to add sour cream into mixture until cooled enough so that it does not curdle.
