Ingredients:  
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup apricot nectar or water
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup light colored raisins
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb Brie wheel
1/2 cup almonds
French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan over medium heat, stir everything down to and including pepper together, bringing to a boil, reduce to simmer about 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350*
On cookie sheet place brie & top with chutney.
Bake 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds and serve with sliced French Bread.
OR
Slice French Bread about 1/2" thick.
Slice of brie cheese on bread and top with chutney.
Place on baking sheet and bake until cheese starts to heat. Sprinkle with almonds.
Put on serving platter.
