1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup pecans
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
2 cup canned pumpkin

Grease & flour Bundt pan.
Preheat oven to 350*
In heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter & whipping cream. Cook over low heat until sugar just dissolves, stirring occasionally.
Pour mix into Bundt pan.
Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, spice, baking soda & salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin & dry ingredients alternately to oil mixture, beating until the mix is just combined.
Carefully spoon the batter over the pecan/brown sugar mixture.
Place pan on baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Invert onto serving plate, replacing any brown sugar mixture.
Cool before serving.
Good with whipped cream or ice cream.
