1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp brandy
12 oz frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp honey
4 cup crunchy nut cereal or cornflakes
4 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool completely.
Combine butter & honey in medium bowl.
Crush or food process cereal.
Stir into honey butter.
Press mixture into bottom and up sides or 9" pie plate.
Chill
Place 1/2 cup cooked cherry mixture in food processor;process to smooth.
place remaining cherry mixture in airtight container, cover & chill.
Place softened ice cream in large bowl, and beat with mixer at med. speed until smooth. Add puree
cherry mixture and gently fold in to achieve a swirl pattern. Spoon mixture into cooled crust.
Cover and freeze at least 4 hours.
Top with reserved cherry sauce just before serving.
