1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (Sirloin, round, or chuck)
64 oz V-8 Juice
14 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
32 oz bag frozen Mixed Vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat til pink is gone
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Drain and transfer to crock pot
Add V-8 Juice
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Stir to blend well
Add frozen vegetables stirring to blend

Preparation Time:
Cook on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours until boiling and vegetables are tender
