3 (8oz) Cream cheese
5 eggs
1 C Sugar
1 1/2 t Vanilla
Crust: 1 1/2 C Graham crackers
1 T Sugar
3 T Melted Butter
Press down & up sides of pan.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and 1 egg at a time, add sugar & vanilla until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 300* for 55 min. Cool for 15 min. Topping : take 1 Pint -- sour cream -- 1/2C sugar beat till smooth. Pour over cake-- Return to over for 5 min. Take-out and cool refrigerate till cold.
