2 8 oz. pkg low fat cream cheese (softened)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. low fat sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 pint (8oz) whipping cream
3 Tbsp. almond flavor
1 quart sliced strawberries
1 Angel Food cake torn into pieces

Cream the cheese and powdered sugar together, adding the sour cream and 1/2 tsp. of vanilla. Set aside. Whip the cream and remaining 1 tsp. of vanilla with 1 Tbsp. of sugar. Fold into cheese mixture. Add the Angel Food Cake pieces into the cheese mixture. Blend.
In bowl, blend together the strawberries, remaining 3 Tbsp. of sugar and the 3 Tbsp. of almond flavor.
Layer in trifle bowl. Start with the berries, then the cake mixture. Finish with berries on top. Cover with plastic and chill well.
