1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 1/3 c. milk
2 c. garlic and onion croutons
1 tsp. salt
12 eggs
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage over medium heat until lightly browned and crumbled; drain excess fat. Evenly spread sausage into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and salt; stir in cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Sprinkle with croutons. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight before baking. Remove plastic wrap and bake in 325ºF oven for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 12 servings.
