1 can re-fried beans
1 pint light sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning, preferably without MSG
8 oz. 2% Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 green onion, sliced
1-2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 13" x 9" or a 10" tart pan (I prefer the tart pan).

Mix the sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread over the beans. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sour cream. Add sliced onion and chopped tomatoes. Top with minced jalapeņo pepper.

Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
