2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter - melted
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2-3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except corn flakes and butter in casserole dish - sprinkle with corn flakes or crackers mixed with 1 stick melted butter. Bake 350º for 1 hour covered.
