1 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup zucchini, sliced thin
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
handful grape tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 package fresh cheese tortellini, cooked al dente
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
(may add grilled chicken)

Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook tortellini. Add all other salad ingredients.
2. Blend dressing and toss.
