2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
1 egg yolk (save the white)
3/4 c. sour cream
Filling:
Egg white
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
(powdered sugar to sprinkle after baked)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut margarine into flour with knife and fork. Add egg yolk and sour cream. Work with hands into a ball, wrap in glad wrap - cut into 3 pieces and leave one out to roll (like pie dough). Keep others cold. Roll out in circle, sprinkle with 1/3 of filling, lightly roll over with rolling pin. Slice like a crescent and roll up. Bake 350º for 10-12 min. - sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
