Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef or 1 lb turkey
1 large onion , diced
2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans
1 (15 ounce) can zesty beans (I use S&W chili beans in a zesty sauce)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans , drained
1 (15 ounce) can corn , undrained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 ½ cups water
1 (4 ½ ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (1 ¼ ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
brown meat if you are going to use it and add to crock pot stoneware insert. sprinkle seasoning packets on top of meat. drain and rinse the beans and add. Add the ENTIRE contents of the corn and tomato cans
--stir until everything is combined well.

cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5. I think the longer you cook soup, the better, so if you have the time, opt for cooking on low. Stir well, and serve with a handful of shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Personal Notes:
LOVE this and it's great for when you have lots of people coming over! I use whatever beans I happen to have on hand at the time, but I never skip out on black beans or chilli beans!
