1 (28 ounce) bottle ketchup
1 (12 ounce) bottle chile sauce
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon ground dry mustard
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups white wine vinegar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large sauce pan. bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. It will thicken a little. Store in airtight container or put hot sauce in clean mason jars with lids. If jars seal store in cool dry place. If not, store under refrigeration.

This is a vinegar based sauce with sweetness and a little tang. Reminds me of the sauce at Bandana's BBQ.
