10 lbs. of red potatoes boiled and peeled
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
5-6 celery stalks chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
a handful of sugar
jar of Miracle Whip
8 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced

Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Grandma never measured the miracle whip or vinegar or sugar. I'm guessing on the vinegar. I watched and helped her so many times I know how long to pour. The Miracle Whip spoon half jar in salad and if not moist enough add more. I don't measure that either.
