2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. heavy whipping cream (reserve 1 cup for cake topping)
2 c. strong brewed coffee or espresso
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
1 yellow cake mix, baked in two 9x13 thin layers

Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add coffee liqueur and vanilla. In another bowl, beat 2 cups of heavy cream until you get soft peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture. In a 10x15 pyrex baking dish, put down one cake layer. Brush with half of the brewed coffee and then spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top. Add the second cake layer, brush with remaining coffee, then spread remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.
